At Clovis Cards & Coimix, we’re committed to delivering top-quality products and a smooth experience. Due to the nature of sealed products and the trading card market, we do not offer returns on any purchases.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If something arrives damaged or not as described, don't worry — we’ve got your back. Just send us an email at cloviscardsandcomix@gmail.com with photos and your order number, and we’ll make it right.

Order Cancellations

Need to cancel your order? We get it — things happen. Cancellation requests can be made prior to shipment and must be emailed to cloviscardsandcomix@gmail.com with the subject line:
"CANCEL ORDER #...."

Please note: All cancellations are subject to a 6% cancellation fee, which covers the non-refundable processing fee charged to us at the time of purchase. This amount will be deducted from your refund.
